This is the Martin Margiela chair. The chair is based upon the work/vision of this fashiondesigner. Showing seams and refer to the inside. Dirty chique.

The Themechairs have one thing in common: they all have a particular theme as a startingpoint, something I'm still useing a lot in my work.

This chair is named gOLD. I used golden yarn to stengthen the waek joints of this old chair. (like Japanese used to decorate the cracks in their crockery). Some years later this chiar was the inspiration to make one of my graduationprojects at the Design Academy Eindhoven: A Restless Chairacter.

This chair was bsed upon the architects MVRDV. They puzzle out everything into pieces and re-arrange it again. So did I with an old chair.
